Awards and Citations

Acharya KP Dharmaraja Iyer has received numerous awards and recognitions for his dedicated, non-profit social service in educating and serving society through his knowledge. Among these honours is an award from the International Astrology Federation (IAF), headquartered in Dallas, Texas, which conducts studies and research in astrology. The Federation's Indian chapter operates from Bangalore with a mission to identify and honour individuals who have devoted their lives to advancing Jyotisha.

On December 22, 2019, Dr. KP Dharmaraja Iyer was invited from Kerala to an Astrology and Vastu conference held in Ernakulam, where he was recognized with this prestigious award. Due to health reasons, our Acharya was unable to attend, and Smt. Nagamma B, an Advisory Board Member, received the memento on his behalf.

More recently, a Mumbai-based organization, Brand Empower, selected Dr. Iyer as an honouree in the “Service Sector” under the Industry Leaders category. He was invited to receive this award at an event held in Mumbai on October 8, 2023. Though Dr. Iyer was unable to attend in person, he conveyed his heartfelt appreciation for these significant honours, viewing both as recognition of his lifelong dedication and as acknowledgments of the organization he founded, the Veda Vedanga Gaveshana Parishat - VVGP
